People have asked us why we have an appointment system, is it for a hard sell?  Definatley not!  We will welcome you to our showrooms, show you any pianos you are interested in, then leave to you wander round and try the pianos at your leisure.  Each appointment can be up to two hours, so there's no rush and more importantly, there's no one else trying the pianos so you can hear the pianos YOU want to try.  There's no pushy sales people, just expert piano technicians that can answer all the questions you may want to ask in a helpful, informative and friendly fashion.
